Terms & Conditions 

Completing the purchase of any sessions means you accept the KGA Terms & Conditions. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• The Client is permitted to reschedule one session per half term as long as more than 24 hours notice is given. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours notice of the given session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Any additional sessions (after the one permitted rescheduled session) that are missed or cancelled, for any reason, will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• In the event of a Coach's cancellation, the session will be rescheduled.

Liability Waiver By making payment, the Client agrees that Kent Goalkeeping Academy shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the coaching sessions. It is understood that participation in sports training involves inherent risks.

Medical Emergencies In the case of a medical emergency, the Coach will make every effort to contact the Parent/Guardian. The Client authorises the Coach to secure medical treatment as deemed necessary. If the Parent/Guardian details have changed, it is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to notify the Coach upon acceptance of this Contract.

Media Use Consent By making payment, the Client consents to the use of photos and videos of the Goalkeeper for Kent Goalkeeping Academy’s/ Brett Wood’s marketing and social media purposes.
